Job Description

KAESER KOMPRESSOREN SE, a world’s leading industrial air compressor manufacturer from Germany, which handles the sales of units / parts and service of air compressors and related equipment through 5 branches for all over Indonesia.

Due to our business development, PT. Indo Kompresigma (a joint venture PMA with KAWAN LAMA GROUP) is looking for a dynamic and achievement-oriented people to join our operation in JAKARTA. The position will be the team which will support after sales support activities and ensure the delivery of excellent service as a:

Responsibilities:

  • To perform after sales service support to all Kaeser user
  • To keep excellent relationship with customer’s staff responsible in compressor maintenance
  • To carry out scheduled preventive maintenance at customer’s premises
  • To carry out repair jobs, on site as well as at Kaeser workshop
  • To observe and analyze technical problems
  • Regularly reporting to Service Manager

General Qualifications:

  • Aged maximum 27 years old
  • Customer service oriented
  • D-3 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment’s in trading company
  • Able to read electrical wiring diagram (DIN standard)
  • Capable to drive and possess valid SIM A (is a MUST)
  • Knowing and willing to travel to industrial areas within Indonesian territory
  • Must be able to read and write in English

Knowledge in refrigeration technic will be advantage.

  • 8+ years of experience developing and shipping production-grade software
  • Experience working with backend programming languages(such as Golang and Laravel) and frontend programming languages (such as ReactJS)
  • Experience with unit, integration, and E2E test frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of REST and pub/sub design patterns
  • Experience instrumenting tracing/monitoring system for ensuring the quality of the products in production (using tools such as Jaeger/Datadog/etc)
  • Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases (schema design and query optimization)
  • Familiarity with software engineering development cycles (Agile/Scrum) and development metrics
  • Demonstrated experience in up levelling engineers
  • You lead by example and aren't afraid to do what it takes to make Spenmo succeed
  • Familiarity with ERP, Accounting and Account Payable software is a plus

You will be part of a team of a global and cross-functional team of Product Owners, Solution Architects, Software, QA, and Security Engineers. What you need is:

  • Excellent academic results, bachelor’s degree in IT (CGPA > 3.0 or similar grading is a must)

• Dealing with Packaging, Filling and Distribution Solutions & Equipment at our Beverage plant.
• To provide preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services for the above equipment
• Carry out regular maintenance on equipment according to requirements and ensure good machine performance for production.
• Troubleshoot basic technical / operation problems on machinery.
• To lead and guide team of Technician/Engineers in troubleshooting and problem solving related to filling machines & UHT.
• To plan for machineries and equipment periodic maintenance
• Ensure that all start-up and shut-down procedures are followed correctly as per the maintenance manual.
• Responsible for logging all faults or possible faults in the maintenance report logbook and reporting verbally to the Head Of Maintenance/Engineering or any other appointed personnel.
• Ensure adequate spare parts system and maintenance of stock level.
• Assist with training & guiding Junior engineers on required hands-on practices related to the equipment.
• Keep the equipment in good working order; attend to production stoppages and malfunctions.
• Any other duty assigned by Head of Maintenance or Plant Manager.

Qualification
• Academic/Technical/Management: Experience and Qualifications:
• University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial)
• At least five (5) years working experience with Filling machines & UHT Equipment
• Technical knowledge of the Tetra Pak process, equipment, distribution equipment machines.

Abilities; Skills; Experience; Aptitude and Judgement:
• Willing to cooperate in the maintenance program for the entire plant.
• Proactive at minimizing breakdowns through fast effective servicing of all equipment.
• Good interpersonal relations with all levels of employees.

Assistant Director of Engineering is a Assistant Division Head level position in the Engineering division and reports to the Director of Engineering. Assistant Director of Engineering will collectively make key operational management decisions and execute the same for the Resort's repair and maintenance work.  Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible to  ensure safety, security, conservation, and compliance to the highest levels, including but not limited to guest rooms, facilities, public and common areas, CEP, BOH, WWTP, power distribution, HVAC, refrigeration and others, as well as the repairs and maintenance of the hotel’s physical assets in order to keep the hotel in compliance with the local government requirements, the resort’s policies and procedures and the Four Seasons standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety and security. We are looking for an individual who has similar experience and is competent for this role. As our resort is operational for the business 24X7, this position will require to work in the shifts including weekends and holidays.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Assists the Engineering Manager in the supervision and co-ordination of the function of the Department through implementation of excellent standards and procedures on maintenance planning, routine maintenance, effective regular / periodic preventive maintenance programs to maximise / prolong the working life of all operating equipment, F, F & E and minimize any breakdowns / defects in order that the hotel operations may run smoothly without any interruptions or disruption to business.
