Day-to-day, you'll be...

  • Building and maintaining high-quality relationships with hotel guests & corporate clients staying with us and using our meeting facilities
  • Training up your staff to deliver a high standard of friendly and personalized service to guests
  • Managing daily F&B operations of the restaurant, bar and banqueting
  • Soliciting guest feedback
  • Using that feedback to help us improve our F&B operation
  • Improving the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your areas of responsibility

This role requires:

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Assists in leading the emergency response team for all facility issues.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets

• Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.

• Ensures regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.

• Manages and controls heat, light and power and recommends current best methods for energy conservation and economical facility operations.

• Develops specifications and requirements for service contracts and administers such contracts to support building needs.

• Distributes preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completion.

• Oversees and directs the maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilities.

Requirements

The ideal Maintenance Planner must fulfill the following requirements:

Certified aircraft technician (min. CAT A or corresponding national respectively ICAO Type license)
• At least 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or planning activities in aviation industry
Finished aircraft type training (preferably B737 training) would be an advantage
• Knowledge of aeronautical regulations
• Readiness for job related further education
• Good knowledge of in-house processes and procedures
• Independent systematic working method and ability to withstand stress
• Knowledge of related IT programs and suitable for working at computer/on-screen
• Very good skills of written and spoken English language
• Availability and flexibility to work in shifts

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project consultants at the pre-opening stage including all electrical and mechanical systems set up, testing and commissioning.
  • Oversee and maintain all physical plants including chiller system, refrigeration, HVAC, F&B equipment, ventilation system, plumbing, water treatment, electricity and boiler system, etc.
  • Develop respective P&Ps and SOPs and timely review their effectiveness.
  • Oversee the engineering operation of the property.

Purpose and Scope

  • The Reliability Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and lifespan of assets. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement strategies to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance asset performance. Your primary roles and responsibilities are:
