· Controls operational costs and identifies measures to reduce costs and maximize supplies
· Requests Gift Certificates from Finance
· Responsible for overseeing all necessary Reports : item sales, spoilage, breakage, etc
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor/ OIC/ Manager
· Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
· BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
