Day-to-day, you'll be...

  • Building and maintaining high-quality relationships with hotel guests & corporate clients staying with us and using our meeting facilities
  • Training up your staff to deliver a high standard of friendly and personalized service to guests
  • Managing daily F&B operations of the restaurant, bar and banqueting
  • Soliciting guest feedback
  • Using that feedback to help us improve our F&B operation
  • Improving the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your areas of responsibility

OVERALL ROLE

1. Responsible for Maintaining Plant Procedure for FUE and Software Validation, that complies with QMS structure.

  • Write the Validation Assessment (FUE Qualification) and Software Validation Assessment (Software Validation), IQ, OQ and PQ Protocol and follow through the protocol execution.
  • Prepare the IQ, OQ, PQ, VCR Report and all associated Validation documents, review with the Process Owner and route for approval.
  • Maintain the Master Validation Plan (MVP) and Master Validation Report (MVR).
  • Lead / participate in Kaizen Projects (Continuous Improvement Projects)
  • Organize and perform internal audit of the Plant MVP and MVR.

  • Support all external audits.
  • Review the existing MVR and Software List to ensure compliance to the validation procedures.
  • Conduct training on FUE and Software Validation related procedures to Peers.

2. Responsible for Maintaining Plant Procedure for Equipment Calibration, that complies with QMS structure.

  • Maintain the Calibration Master List.
  • Prepare and Issue Calibration Recall List and manage the Recall Process.
  • Review and doc in the Equipment Calibration Records and Calibration Certificate.
  • Coordinating with approved suppliers or internal facilities group to perform calibration.

9. Supports and assist to Duty Personnel or respective trade if they needed.

10. Assists on the small projects, Seasonal and special works during festive seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.)

11. High light to follow up if unable to do during the shift.

Your Role: 

In this position, you play an integral to the customer claims process and provide timely and accurate reporting of customer incidents to support on managing our customer relationships.

  • Perform Electrical Heat Tracing design calculations and develop design change packages for minor modifications to existing designs as per requirements raised by Electrical Team. This also includes modification of existing drawings as per MOCs.
  • Verify heat loss calculations for known EHT circuits that are in alarm on the monitoring system.
  • Carryout Heat Tracing design calculations in preferred software tool as per provided.

Job Description:

  • Candidate must have technical expertise in Manufacturing Technologies, Engineering best practices, Component cleanliness, and will work with key technology suppliers to drive product quality through manufacturing process control, and cost reduction through failure prevention, manufacturing techniques and efficiencies
  • Candidate will work with Engineering teams across global design and manufacturing centers  to ensure that delivered products meet all specifications and requirements
  • Candidate will develop manufacturing capabilities, drive FMEA, and implement Process Control Systems (PCS) at key new part supplier sites including the definition of measurement and test methods
  • Evaluate potential suppliers based on their technical capabilities, quality systems and on-site assessments.
  • Candidate will support statistical method analysis of PCS data for internal and external customers (Development Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, NPI, etc.)
  • Candidate will train and qualify newly engaged key suppliers during onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, materials and testing related to cables, connectors and cable assemblies.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in engineering and manufacture of cable assemblies.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Main Duties

Customer Service

  • Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.

  • Operates assigned machines/ equipment or “Primary Plant” as to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operations.
  • Handles the verification, storage and utilisation of all fuel deliveries to the premises as per the established policy and procedures.
  • Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.
  • Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
  • Submits request to the Assistant Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Manager for the purchases of parts and consumables.
