1) Develops and implements marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and bar, to increase customer traffic.

5) Engages and liaises with outsource DJs or bands for periodic performance at the restaurant and bar.
6) Works with Finance Department on periodic or ad hoc entertainment licenses.
7) Hires, schedules, trains, motivates and monitors performance of all service staff.
8) Ensures all staff comply with company policies and procedures, health and safety regulations.
9) Works well with Chef on food quality and food promotions.
10) Develops and maintains good relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors.
11) Ensures all equipment is in good working condition and schedules routine service, maintenance and repair.
12) Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports (covers, revenues, average checks, inventory, breakages and etc).
Job Requirements
1) Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Services or any related field.
2) At least 5 years of experience in restaurant and bar management role.
3) Customer and goal oriented, independent and a team player.
4) Good knowledge of various beverages, including wine, liquor, liqueur, cocktail, mocktail and etc.
5) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
